Role Description
The Marketing Team Lead will oversee and drive Mindenious' strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, team management, performance analysis, collaborating on branding strategies, and ensuring effective communication across departments. The role requires strong leadership and innovative thinking to align marketing efforts with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.

- Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Team Leadership experience
- Brand Management and Digital Marketing expertise
- Social Media Management, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing skills
- Proficiency in Performance Analytics, Market Research, and Data-Driven Decision Making
- Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Organizational skills
- Adaptability, Problem-Solving, and Creative Thinking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the ed-tech industry is a strong advantage
