Marketing Team Lead – School Partnerships & Outreach

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Team Lead for an EdTech venture to manage school outreach and awareness initiatives across the Delhi-NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the school outreach team.
• Build relationships with school principals, management teams, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Create awareness about the EdTech programme among schools, students, and parents.
• Plan and organise orientations, workshops, demonstrations, and promotional events in schools.
• Coordinate school visits and ensure effective follow-up with interested institutions.
• Set outreach targets and monitor the team’s daily and monthly performance.
• Maintain accurate records of school interactions, leads, events, and programme participation.
• Work closely with the academic, marketing, and operations teams for successful programme implementation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Prior experience in school outreach, education sales, EdTech, institutional partnerships, or school events will be highly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing an outreach or field team.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of schools and the education ecosystem in Delhi-NCR.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the NCR region.
• Ability to organise events independently and work towards defined targets.
