Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Team Lead for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Marketing Team Lead will oversee the marketing team, set and execute marketing strategies, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include leading team efforts, developing communication strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and aligning sales and marketing objectives. The role demands a proactive approach to managing team operations and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating teams
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
- Proven experience in Marketing and Sales to drive strategy and operational results
- Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
