Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Marketing Team member. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies to promote premium PVD coating services, including identifying target markets, preparing marketing campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, coordinating with the sales and operations teams, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. The Marketing Team member will also help create marketing materials, track campaign performance, and provide on-ground support at client meetings, events, and trade activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends and develop targeted marketing plans.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Candidates should ideally have basic knowledge of industrial or manufacturing sectors, especially surface treatment or coating technologies.
- Candidates should have proficiency in common office and presentation tools, along with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in B2B marketing will be an advantage.
