Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Team Member located in Kovilpatti. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer interactions, and supporting sales initiatives. The role also involves evaluating market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively
- Knowledge of Market Research and proven ability to analyze market trends and gather customer insights
- Experience in developing and executing Marketing Strategies to support business growth
- Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, deliver value, and achieve targets
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
