What this role actually isThis is not a campaign execution role.
This role exists to take ownership of client strategy, execution direction, and communication so that the CEO is no longer involved in day-to-day reviews or client calls.
You will act as the single point of accountability across client accounts, working with a team of channel specialists across paid ads, SEO, content, design, and automation.
If you need constant supervision, reminders, or follow-ups, or prefer narrow ownership, this role will not work for you.
What will you own1. Client Strategy Ownership
- Translate business goals into a clear marketing direction across channels
- Build and evolve a strategy based on performance, not assumptions
- Continuously identify what is not working and fix it fast
You will inherit initial direction but are expected to take full ownership over time.
2. Execution Direction and Reviews
- Define what needs to be done across teams, not do it yourself
- Review outputs across ads, content, creatives, and landing pages
- Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with strategy
Nothing should go to the client unless it is reviewed and makes sense.
3. Client Communication
- Run all client calls and own communication end-to-end
- Handle expectations, push back when required, and keep things moving
- Translate marketing work into business outcomes that clients understand
The CEO should not be required to be on routine calls.
4. Performance and Optimization
- Track performance across accounts and channels
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and inefficiencies
- Drive continuous improvement using data, not opinions
You are responsible for ensuring progress, not just reporting it.
5. Retention Through Execution
- Ensure clients see consistent progress and clarity
- Reduce churn by improving delivery and communication quality
- Proactively address issues before they become problems
Retention is a result of execution quality. You own that outcome.

- Dedicated project manager for task visibility and coordination
- You sit above execution and own direction and outcomes
What we are looking for5 to 8+ years in agency or multi-client environments
Strong understanding across paid ads, SEO, content, and funnels
Clear, direct communicator who can handle clients confidently
Experience handling multiple SMB clients simultaneously
Ability to review and improve work across channels
High ownership mindset with low tolerance for delays
