Marketing Strategist

As we expand our footprint across the globe, we are seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist who will take absolute ownership of mapping out comprehensive marketing strategies across all of our group companies and diverse projects. We expect you to bring your own high-level intelligence, intuition, and strategic foresight to the table. Your primary challenge will be to deeply understand the company's management vision and independently engineer the precise marketing strategies required to turn that vision into a global reality.

Vekaria Healthcare LLP, our flagship start-up founded by Mr. Yogendra Vekaria (The Founder, Chairman & Managing Director), in January 2016, with the vision of entering only in strategic & unique segments of the healthcare sector with prevention & cure, improving quality of care - in mind. We're the Inceptor of the World's Largest Blindness Prevention Project (through our medical device the Macular Densitometer). The Macular Densitometer is the only gold standard pre-clinical stage, psycho-physical subjective screening device globally, for measuring Macular Pigment Optical Density (MPOD) and preventing both irreversibly & reversibly blinding diseases at pre-clinical stages, while also reducing the massive socioeconomic burden on society and governments. About the 'Saundarya Lahari' Project:
“Spiritual roots of Bharatiya Society to be strengthened & to be made accessible to millions of people.” 'Saundarya Lahari', is a very Unique – Temple, Art Gallery Project with 51 Shakti peethas, with a Visha Yantra Temple, a Glass Bridge, a 17 ft. Goddess Shri Mahisasur Mardini Idol, Paintings of the Goddess; all in our Great, Indian/Bharatiya Vedic Heritage Art+Architecture. With traces highlighting 1st to 12th Century Era Architecture, three 3D movie theatres with a special screening of the World’s First Indian/Bharatiya Mythological/Historical 3D Movie, produced by us with the Ramanand Sagar Arts’ Studios. Legendary Amitabh Bachchan’s voiceover was done in the movie. The project is made to resemble an archaeological excavation, though newly developed – launched under Devesh Group of Industries, with major investment by us since 2012 – in sync with the vision of the then Hon. Chief Minister of Gujarat & now Hon. Prime Minister of Bharat – Shri Narendra Bhai Modi Saheb. It is located at Ambaji, Banaskantha District, Gujarat, Bharat.

It's a start-up, mainly having interests in the defence & homeland security sector founded by Mr. Yogendra Vekaria (The Founder, Chairman & Managing Director). Proposing projects for counter-terrorism, counter-insurgency i.e./e.g. innovating & inducting strategic counter-terrorism urban/close combat armoured vehicles, weaponry, automated unmanned air & ground vehicles, etc. Manufacturing of defence equipment & components and more. With an aim of modernization & protection of the National – Internal Security & Defence. Proposing projects to various State Governments & Union Home & Defence Ministries.
What We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing or Fashion communication .
- Strategic Marketing Architecture: Autonomously design, map, and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for all the group companies and their respective initiatives with creative and out of the box thinking.
- Vision Alignment: Understand the group’s long-term goals and ensure every brand, campaign, and strategy directly supports and advances them.
- Multichannel Expertise: Hands-on experience managing diverse promotional channels, from digital marketing to physical industry exhibitions and PR networking.
- Character & Intellect: An individual who works proactively and is inherently respectful, humble, and polite in nature, possessing both a high IQ and a high EQ to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Frugal Operational Mindset: A professional who operates in a frugal, resource-efficient way, maximizing impact while optimizing costs.
- Bonus Skills: Proficiency in graphic design, social media marketing, content creation, and delivering impactful presentations will be highly advantageous.
