Relationship Manager – Banca Channel

Job Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will work closely with our partner bank branches to generate insurance business by interacting with customers and providing them with suitable insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned partner bank branches on a daily basis.
Meet and interact with walk-in bank customers.
Understand customers' financial and insurance needs.
Recommend and explain suitable insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Eligibility
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers are welcome)
Education:
B.Com,BBA,MBA,Any Graduate (All Streams)
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in meeting and interacting with customers.
Sales-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel and perform field work.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
