Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Staff member based in Chennai, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Marketing Staff will be responsible for performing market research, planning, and implementing marketing strategies, as well as supporting sales initiatives. This role also includes engaging with customers to ensure excellent service and building strong customer relationships. Collaboration with in-house teams to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns is another key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends and develop impactful campaigns
- Sales expertise with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into results
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills with an ability to work independently and adapt in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the automotive or equipment industry is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
