Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Staff position based in Chennai. The Marketing Staff will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, fostering customer relationships, and supporting sales efforts. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating actionable plans, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company’s overall marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Expertise in conducting Market Research and analyzing industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and Sales to develop and implement effective campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the construction or architecture sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing tools and platforms is beneficial.
