Job Summary:The Marketing Sr. Associate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to generate quality leads, build brand visibility, and support sales closures for residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong expertise in digital and offline marketing, campaign management, channel partnerships, and brand communications to drive consistent demand for projects.
Key Responsibilities:🔹 Marketing Strategy & Planning
· Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and project positioning.
· Support in creating annual and quarterly marketing budgets; ensure cost-effective execution.
· Identify target customer segments and design campaigns to attract them.
🔹 Lead Generation & Demand Creation
· Drive high-quality lead generation through digital platforms (Google Ads, social media, property portals).
· Manage events, roadshows, and exhibitions to generate buyer interest.
· Work with Channel Partners to co-create marketing initiatives and drive joint campaigns.
🔹 Brand & Communication
· Maintain consistent brand messaging across online and offline platforms.
· Oversee creative development for brochures, digital campaigns, hoardings, and press ads.
· Collaborate with PR agencies for brand visibility in luxury real estate markets.
🔹 Digital Marketing & Analytics
· Monitor SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns for effectiveness.
· Track marketing ROI and optimize campaigns based on performance analytics.
· Manage CRM systems to align marketing with sales funnel requirements.
🔹 Cross-Functional Coordination
· Partner with Sales Teams to understand lead quality and buyer feedback.
· Work closely with Project Heads to plan site-level marketing activities.
· Ensure smooth coordination with external agencies and vendors.
What We’re Looking For:· Proven track record in real estate marketing, preferably luxury residential/commercial projects.
· Strong knowledge of digital and offline marketing channels.
· Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications:· Graduate (any discipline), MBA/PG in Marketing preferred.
· Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM, and MS Office.
