Role: Marketing Specialist (US EST Shifts)
Location: Gurugram Sector 74A (Hybrid)
Shift: US Shift (7 PM 4 AM IST)
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Preference: Local to Gurugram, Delhi/NCR
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be ready to work in US Shift (7 PM to 4 AM IST)
Cabs are provided to Gurugram locals

Overview: We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead brand visibility and lead generation efforts in the Data Management & Analytics domain. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in email marketing, content creation, social media management, and basic graphic design and video editing skills..
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute email campaigns and optimize for performance
- Create engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, videos, etc.)
- Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
- Develop visuals: banners, infographics, short videos
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns, track performance
- Conduct market research and share insights
- Work on Tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe tools
Required Skills:
- 1 to 5 years in B2B marketing (IT/Tech domain preferred)
- Basic video editing, banner creation, and graphic design
- Strong writing, SEO, and Google Analytics skills
- Understanding of data analytics is a plus
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
