We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team. Your primary mission will be to bridge the gap between discovery and conversion by managing our Meta Ads and SEO efforts. If you know your way around a Facebook Pixel and can explain why a meta description matters, we want to talk to you.
The Core Mission
As a junior member of the team, you won't just be "executing"—you’ll be analyzing. You will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic through paid social channels while ensuring our organic footprint remains competitive through strategic content and authority building.
Key Responsibilities
- Meta Ads Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. This includes audience targeting, A/B testing creative assets, and managing daily budgets.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent topics. You will be responsible for writing engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts that provide value to our audience and rank on SERPs.
- Link Building: Execute outreach strategies for backlink creation. You will identify guest posting opportunities and build relationships with industry sites to increase our domain authority.
- Performance Tracking: Use Analytics tools to monitor campaign ROI and organic growth, providing weekly reports on what’s working and what isn't.
- On-Page Optimization: Implement on-page fixes (meta tags, headers, internal linking) to ensure our content is fully crawled and indexed.
What We’re Looking For
- Meta Ads Proficiency: You should be comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager—understanding CBO, ABO, and how to read a ROAS report.
- Content & SEO Fundamentals: You have a knack for writing and understand how to weave keywords naturally into a blog post. You know how to use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
- Outreach Skills: You aren't afraid to send cold pitches and follow up to secure high-quality backlinks.
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into data to find "the why" behind the numbers.
The "Cherry on Top" (Bonus Points)
- Google Ads Experience: If you have experience with Search or Display campaigns and understand Quality Score, you’ll move to the front of the line.
- Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with Canva or Figma for quick ad iterations.
- Technical SEO: Basic knowledge of site speed, schema markup, or site architecture.
