Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The Marketing Specialist will engage in daily responsibilities such as developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and supporting sales efforts. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively and build stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, competition, and customer insights
- Experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales to drive brand initiatives and achieve revenue growth
- Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and support
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or community management industry is a plus
