About Gutvana - Gutvana is a nutrition-focused, gut-friendly meal subscription brand dedicated to making healthy eating flavorful, convenient, and sustainable. We curate wholesome meals designed to support gut health and overall wellness, delivered directly to customers’ doorsteps.
We are looking for a highly driven and creative Senior Marketing Executive with prior experience in the food industry / cloud kitchen / restaurant / FMCG / wellness sector to lead marketing initiatives and drive customer growth.

Role: Senior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Growth● Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
● Drive subscription sales and improve customer retention.
● Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Customer Acquisition & Retention● Generate leads and increase subscription conversions.
● Build referral and loyalty programs to improve repeat customer engagement.
● Understand customer behavior and implement targeted marketing strategies.
Corporate & B2B Growth● Generate and manage corporate/bulk food orders.
● Build and maintain corporate tie-ups, employee meal programs, and institutional partnerships.
● Identify and onboard B2B clients, business parks, offices, and wellness communities for recurring food subscriptions.
● Develop strong relationships with corporate HR and administration teams for long-term business opportunities.
Partnerships & Collaborations● Build strategic partnerships with gyms, fitness centers, wellness communities, nutritionists, and influencers.
● Organize brand collaborations, local activations, and promotional events.
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory Requirements● 3–6 years of marketing experience in the food industry, cloud kitchen, restaurant, FMCG, or wellness brands.
● Prior experience in the food industry is mandatory.
● Hands-on experience in acquiring and managing corporate food orders, institutional tie-ups, and B2B partnerships.
● Proven track record in generating and handling corporate/bulk food orders.
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
● Experience in handling paid campaigns and lead generation.
● Excellent communication and execution skills.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills● Strong network with corporates, offices, business parks, or wellness communities is preferred.
● Experience in subscription-based businesses is an added advantage.
● Knowledge of Chennai market trends and customer behavior.
● Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities.
