Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Noida. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients, and identifying emerging market trends. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to develop campaign initiatives and drive customer engagement to enhance brand awareness and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and address client needs
- Strong proficiency in Market Research to identify emerging trends and understand customer behavior
- Experience in Sales and crafting Marketing Strategies to drive business growth
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic work setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Familiarity with technology-driven platforms is a plus
