Role Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth in the warehousing segment by managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading the sales function with a strategic and customer - concentric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, including Inside Sales and Field Sales, to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and acquire new customers, focusing on expanding the warehousing business across regions.
- Drive business development initiatives and explore new market opportunities.
- Introduce sustainable and innovative logistics solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure consistent achievement of sales KPIs.
- Motivate, mentor, and guide team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Foster a transparent and open communication environment within the team.
