🚀 We’re Hiring: Marketing Specialist at Bal Bharat
Bal Bharat is a fast-growing Indian sports nutrition brand built with one clear purpose: to make high-quality, transparent, and effective nutrition accessible to more people.
We are building more than just a supplement company. We are building a brand that customers can trust—through tested products, honest communication, strong community engagement, and marketing that educates instead of simply selling.
We are now looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who can become an important part of our growth journey.
What we are looking for:
• A Gen Z mindset with a strong understanding of current trends, content, social media, and consumer behaviour
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in D2C, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Creative thinking and the ability to bring fresh, unconventional ideas
• Someone who can think beyond regular discounts, product posts, and repetitive campaigns
• Experience in planning campaigns, content strategies, product launches, influencer collaborations, and brand activations
• A good understanding of Meta Ads, performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and remarketing
• Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
• Someone who understands how to balance creativity with business results
• A proactive person who takes ownership and does not wait to be told every small step
• Someone who is comfortable experimenting, learning, failing fast, and improving quickly
Your role will include:
• Developing creative marketing campaigns for Bal Bharat
• Planning content for social media, ads, product launches, and brand communication
• Working closely with designers, video editors, influencers, and performance marketing teams
• Identifying new opportunities to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
• Studying competitors, market trends, and customer behaviour
• Creating out-of-the-box ideas that help Bal Bharat stand apart in the crowded sports nutrition market
• Contributing directly to the brand’s long-term growth strategy
