Team Hotels & Resorts is a growing hospitality entity managing operations across regions such as Uttarakhand, Goa, and Delhi. We currently operate premium resorts in Uttarakhand and Goa, along with established restaurants in Delhi and Goa, have several exciting projects in the pipeline.
At present, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take charge of our restaurant Uma by the Sea in Goa. The role involves overseeing end-to-end marketing operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizes the reach on various social media platforms, targeting the niche audience.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Specialist who can bring our brand to life across digital platforms. If you're passionate about social media, hospitality, and the Goa lifestyle, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging content including reels, posts, and stories
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Capture on-ground content during events, live gigs, and daily operations
- Engage with our audience through comments, DMs, and community building
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers
- Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or F&B
- Strong social media management and content creation skills
- Understanding of current trends, especially in lifestyle and nightlife
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Good communication and coordination skills
