Responsibilities:
- Local Execution of Regional Marketing Activities: Responsible for the localization and execution of regional marketing campaigns, including venue coordination, local vendor management, logistics support, on-site assistance, and follow-up.
- Localization and Content Creation Support for Marketing Materials: Ensure accurate language translation and cultural adaptation of core marketing messages and materials provided by headquarters to align with local customer understanding and preferences. Provide suggestions for content creation and design optimization to headquarters (Marketing Planning Team and Brand Department) based on local market insights.
- Market Intelligence Collection and Strategic Feedback: Collect information on competitors’ marketing activities, channel dynamics, customer feedback, and industry trends. Regularly compile and report findings to superiors to provide frontline input for global strategies.
- Sales Support and Internal Collaboration: Provide on-site support and coordination for sales teams and channel partners during regional marketing activities.
- Collaborative Execution of Digital Marketing: Assist headquarters in managing and implementing the company’s social media operations in target regions, ensuring localized publishing and engagement. Monitor the effectiveness of local online marketing efforts and provide feedback.
Qualifications:
- Identity and Language: local Indian; excellent bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English for business communication is required.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in marketing, event management, or business development. Experience working in multinational corporate regional headquarters or supporting multi-country operations is preferred. Familiarity with collaboration models linking headquarters and local operations is a plus.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong localization execution and project management skills, capable of independently driving projects to high-quality completion in complex local environments.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills: Deep understanding of headquarters’ strategic intent and the ability to translate it into effective local actions. Serve as a trusted communication bridge between both parties.
- Strategic thinking and proactive feedback mindset: Able to think beyond execution, consider the impact on global strategies, and provide constructive suggestions.
- Flexibility and adaptability: Capable of supporting cross-time zone collaboration. Work focus can be flexibly adjusted within a certain scope based on business needs.
