Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead marketing efforts for business development in the US region. This role combines digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and campaign execution to drive brand visibility and sales opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams and external marketing agencies (in both the US and India) to execute multi-channel marketing plans that attract high-quality leads and position SmartRun as a thought leader in Smart Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid media to generate leads and build awareness in the US market.
- Conduct market research to identify customer segments, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
- Develop high-quality marketing and sales content (presentations, emails, blog posts, and case studies) tailored for US manufacturing clients.
- Manage coordination with marketing agencies in the US and India to ensure brand consistency and campaign efficiency.
- Support the sales team by setting up meetings with targeted prospects and nurturing relationships throughout the buyer journey.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize ROI.
- Promote SmartRun’s expertise through webinars, events, and digital communities relevant to manufacturing and smart factory technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to the US market.
- Proven ability to execute marketing strategies, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage confidently with international teams and clients.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, analytics platforms, etc.).
- Familiarity with manufacturing and industrial automation sectors is highly desirable.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple time zones with global teams.
