We’re looking for a data-driven marketer to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts in a fast-growing D2C environment {Lower Parel, Mumbai}.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta, Google & other channels
• Optimize for CAC, ROAS & overall funnel performance
• Analyze metrics (CTR, CVR, etc.) to unlock growth opportunities
• Plan and execute A/B testing across ads & landing pages
• Drive acquisition & retention strategies
• Collaborate with creative, product & merchandising teams
• Build reports, insights & scalable growth frameworks
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 4–6 years in performance marketing (D2C/e-commerce preferred)
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
• Passion for fashion & fast-paced environments
