Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Skin Éclate’s services and products, both online and offline. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, collaborating with sales and customer service teams, and creating marketing content aligned with brand guidelines. The Marketing Specialist will track campaign performance, manage social media and customer engagement initiatives, support in-store events, and provide insights to optimize brand visibility and client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage clients effectively.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service to support client relationships and conversion goals.
- Ability to develop and implement Marketing Strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Relevant experience in marketing within beauty, wellness, or retail sectors is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
