Marketing Manager : Account-Based Marketing Specialisation

We are hiring for 6–12 month fixed-term contract roles for a strategic position focused on driving the delivery and execution of Account based marketing campaigns.
About the Role
This is a key role responsible for planning, delivering, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll bring campaigns to life across multiple channels, ensuring they are insight-led, well-managed, and continuously improved through performance insights.
This remote-based role is ideal for motivated professionals who want to apply their Account based marketing expertise in an independent, performance-driven, and entrepreneurial environment.
About the Client
Our client is a start up delivering high-quality Hiring, Payroll, and Offshore delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives
Coordinate across media, creative, and paid channels to ensure cohesive execution
Partner with agencies and internal teams to manage briefings, delivery, and optimisation
Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting and insights
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation
Manage campaign budgets, processes, and governance to ensure efficient delivery
Key Requirements
Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels
Strong experience working with agencies and external partners
Ability to manage multiple timelines, budgets, and workflows simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience
Not suitable for students or entry-level candidates
