Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive who can handle both digital marketing activities and sales execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating leads, managing marketing campaigns, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Generate leads through paid ads, organic marketing, and other channels
- Develop and manage marketing funnels for lead conversion
- Create basic creatives and assist in ad content (images, videos, copy)
- Handle performance marketing and optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track, analyze, and report campaign and sales performance using Excel/Sheets
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve marketing strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, or any relevant field)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales process
- Knowledge of running ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred)
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel / Google Sheets is a must)
- Proficiency in Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP (mandatory)
- Video editing / creative skills (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
