Nitesh Land is looking for a dynamic and multi-faceted Marketing Professional to lead and execute the group's brand, digital, and public relations strategy. Based at our MG Road, Bangalore office, this role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, performance marketing, and stakeholder communication. You will be the driving force behind our brand presence — across digital channels, trade media, and public perception.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaigns & Advertising
- Plan and execute all online, offline, and display advertising campaigns end-to-end.
- Design and implement targeted campaigns for new business ventures and residential project stock.
- Develop and execute entry marketing strategies for new business initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and measure conversion experiments and A/B tests to drive performance.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence across all platforms.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
- Drive new customer acquisition for residential project stock through digital channels.
Brand Management
- Manage and uphold brand identity across all media and communication channels.
- Oversee company branding, office and employee visuals, and all brand elements.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual standards across all touchpoints.
Public Relations & Communications
- Handle PR, media outreach, and corporate communication for the group's businesses and new developments.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
- Draft and manage press releases, media kits, and brand communications.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, negotiate quotations, and oversee project execution from brief to delivery.
- Manage media agencies, creative partners, and digital vendors effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across businesses and geographies.
Minimum 2–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years handling digital marketing and public relations.Prior experience in an advertising agency
Proven track record of planning and executing integrated PR and media relations campaigns
