Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid Marketing Specialist role based in Pune. The Marketing Specialist will handle day-to-day activities such as creating and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales initiatives, crafting effective customer outreach campaigns, and maintaining a high level of customer service to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, Storytelling & Content Curation
- Experience in conducting Market Research and developing Strategies both Online & Offline Marketing.
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to support sales initiatives.
- Expertise in crafting and implementing Marketing Strategy.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s &/or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
