We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist (India) for our SaaS product Openmaison.
This is an execution-focused role owning day-to-day brand, content, and digital marketing activities across social media, email, website, and basic creative production.
Key responsibilities
- Own Openmaison’s day-to-day marketing execution as the single marketing SPOC, coordinating with founders, product, and sales teams.
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) including posts, reels, stories, and basic video content.
- Conduct photo and short video shoots (product, team, customer stories), and handle basic editing using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
- Create and edit marketing creatives such as banners, ads, thumbnails, email headers, and presentation decks while maintaining brand consistency.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product updates, onboarding flows, nurture campaigns) including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Manage Openmaison’s website and landing pages in coordination with designers/developers; update copy, visuals, and CTAs aligned with campaigns.
- Coordinate and publish marketing collateral including case studies, one-pagers, demo decks, event materials, and blog posts.
- Monitor performance metrics across channels (reach, engagement, CTR, leads, sign‑ups) and share simple weekly/monthly reports with insights and next steps.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand feature launches, customer stories, and use cases, and convert them into campaigns and content.
- Stay updated on SaaS and proptech marketing trends, competitors’ campaigns, and platform best practices to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in digital or social media marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or startup environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content, email campaigns, and creative design/edits (static and short-form video).
- Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and email tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proficiency with basic design and editing tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere/Illustrator or equivalent).
- Good understanding of marketing fundamentals for SaaS: funnels, landing pages, CTAs, basic SEO, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and spoken English; ability to write clear, concise, and on-brand copy for posts, emails, and landing pages.
- Strong project management skills; ability to own tasks end-to-end, juggle multiple campaigns, and work with minimal supervision as the single SPOC.
