🚀 We’re Hiring: Marketing Professionals – Defence Sector (Small Arms & Ammunition)
We are hiring for our leading Defence Sector unit of Neco Jayaswal Group of Industries and are looking for dynamic Marketing professionals with 4–5 years of relevant experience in the arms, ammunition, or defence manufacturing industry.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for arms & ammunition products in domestic and international markets
• Identify and drive new business opportunities with defence organizations, paramilitary forces, law enforcement agencies, and licensed private buyers
• Manage client relationships and support government liaison activities
• Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and business meetings
✅ Preferred Profile:
• Strong understanding of defence procurement processes, government contracts, and regulatory compliances
• Well-established network within defence sector stakeholders (DRDO, MoD, Ordnance Factories, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements
📍 Location: Nagpur
