Hiring : Head – B2B Sales & Growth
We are looking to hire someone senior to help build the next phase of growth at iShake.
We manufacture premium shaker bottles and hydration products and currently operate at roughly ₹70–85 lakh/month in revenue, with strong presence across gyms, nutrition stores and sports retail.
The business now needs a more structured B2B growth engine.
This role is for someone who can help us scale across:
* Fitness chains
* Corporate gifting
* Pharma and wellness companies
* Institutional and bulk sales
* Distribution networks
* Export opportunities
We are not looking for a conventional sales manager.
We are looking for someone who can:
* Build systems and pipelines
* Close large institutional deals
* Develop distributor relationships
* Bring structure to follow-ups and account management
* Use modern tools, automation and AI wherever useful
* Work closely with founders on growth strategy
Ideal background:
* 4–8 years in B2B / institutional / bulk sales
* Experience in fitness, pharma, gifting, FMCG or exports preferred
* Comfortable building from ground level
* Strong commercial understanding and execution ability
Compensation will include:
* Fixed salary
* Performance-linked upside tied to growth
Location: Delhi preferred
