Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, supporting sales activities, managing customer service interactions, and contributing to the promotion of the company's products. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy, with the ability to analyze trends and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Sales and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships, handle inquiries, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and data analysis tools will be advantageous.
- Prior experience in technology or manufacturing industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
