Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiptur for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, and engage in day-to-day sales activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, designing targeted marketing campaigns, and driving business growth through innovative approaches.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research and analyzing industry trends
- Experience in Marketing Strategy development and execution
- Demonstrated ability in Sales, including identifying leads and converting prospects
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the cooperative banking sector or financial services is a plus
