🚀 We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive
📍 Chennai | Onsite | Full-Time
IDREA is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support our branding, outreach, and promotional initiatives in the Renewable Energy, ESG, and Sustainability ecosystem.
If you’re early in your career and eager to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, events, and stakeholder engagement, this role offers an excellent platform to learn and grow.
About the Role
You will play a key role in amplifying our visibility, driving engagement, and supporting lead generation efforts. A critical part of this role is driving membership growth - expanding IDREA’s member base will be a key success metric. Additionally, engaging with corporates for CSR initiatives will be an important responsibility.
This role involves a balanced mix of office-based work and on-ground marketing activities, offering exposure to both strategic planning and field execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential members to the association
- Approach and engage corporates for CSR initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations
- Identify and generate leads to support business growth and partnerships
- Create engaging content for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns
- Manage and support social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Coordinate university visits and interact with students, faculty, and stakeholders
- Plan and execute marketing events and outreach programs end-to-end
- Collaborate with academic institutions, industry bodies, and partners
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Support client/member engagement and relationship management to ensure a strong member experience
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing or related roles preferred
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders, drive conversions, and build partnerships
- Willingness to travel and participate in on-ground activities
- High energy, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
