We are Hiring - Marketing Specialist
At Henox, we're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us strengthen our brand presence while driving impactful marketing initiatives.
📍 Location: Gujarat / Mumbai / Hybrid
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Managing our digital marketing ecosystem across website, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and digital channels.
- Driving LinkedIn as our primary B2B marketing platform to increase brand awareness, thought leadership, engagement, and lead generation.
- Creating compelling marketing content and ensuring consistent brand messaging across Data Center, Cloud, AI, and Digital Infrastructure solutions.
- Planning and coordinating industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking opportunities across India and global markets.
- Assisting with PR activities, media communication, leadership branding, and corporate announcements.
- Working closely with senior leadership to prepare presentations, marketing materials, market research, and strategic communication.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to generate actionable business insights.
Required Qualification:
- 2-3 years of marketing experience in the IT industry.
- Experience in B2B technology marketing
- Exposure to Cloud, Data Center, AI, Networking, Telecom, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise IT domains will be a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and B2B marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with excellent presentation and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn about Data Centers, Cloud Computing, AI, and Enterprise Technology.
