About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Bangalore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize multi-platform paid media campaigns that align with TÜV SÜD’s strategic objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketing business partners, creative teams, and analytics professionals to develop, implement, and refine digital advertising strategies. The primary focus will be on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through innovative and data-driven paid campaigns across search engines, social media, and display networks. The role requires a proactive approach to campaign management, optimization, and reporting, ensuring maximum ROI and performance excellence. This is a hybrid work position, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from the office, with a focus on delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Proven expertise in managing large media budgets across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and display networks is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of audience segmentation, keyword strategies, advanced bidding methodologies, and attribution modeling. Certification in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar platforms is preferred, along with proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI are required. The role demands excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic or German is a plus. Experience working in international markets, particularly in Asia, the Middle East, or Europe, will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Campaign strategy and planning: Collaborate with marketing partners to design comprehensive multi-platform paid media strategies aligned with organizational goals, target audiences, and campaign KPIs. Define success metrics for each campaign and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Keyword and audience research: Conduct detailed research to identify effective keywords and audience segments. Continuously review and optimize targeting parameters to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant audiences with compelling messaging.
- Ad creation and testing: Develop engaging ad copy and creative assets in partnership with creative teams. Execute A/B testing on various ad formats and messaging to identify the most effective combinations for engagement and conversions across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Campaign management & optimization: Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels. Adjust targeting, bidding, and ad placements to enhance performance. Experiment with new ad formats such as video, carousel, and lead ads to maintain campaign innovation and competitiveness.
- Landing page advisory: Work with marketing and content teams to design and optimize landing pages that support campaign objectives and enhance user experience, thereby improving conversion rates.
- Bid management and budget allocation: Continuously optimize bids and allocate budgets effectively across platforms to maximize ROI. Monitor pacing and reallocate funds to high-performing campaigns to meet financial targets.
- Performance monitoring & reporting: Track key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and engagement metrics. Prepare comprehensive reports with insights and recommendations, presenting findings to stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Trend monitoring and best practice sharing: Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Share insights with team members and marketing partners to foster continuous improvement and innovation in campaign strategies.
