About EMPClaims
Founded in 2008, EMPClaims is an end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) company offering specialized services including Digital Front Door Solutions, Medical Coding, Medical Billing, and Claims Analytics & Reporting. We serve medical practices across the United States, helping them get paid faster and more accurately so they can focus on patient care.
Our Ahmedabad office partners directly with our US-based sales and marketing leadership. This means your work — campaigns, lists, copy, reports — lands daily with senior leaders and is seen by US prospects. You won't be doing background work on someone else's behalf; you'll be running live campaigns to a real US buyer audience.
About the Role
Our sales and marketing team is growing, and we need an execution-focused Marketing Operations Specialist to help us scale outreach to US medical practices. This is not a strategy role — strategy is owned by senior leadership. Your job is to take that strategy and bring it to life: building and launching campaigns, keeping our HubSpot instance clean and performing, managing LinkedIn activity, and maintaining the prospect data that fuels everything.
You will work directly alongside our senior sales and marketing leaders during the US overlap window. If you're the kind of person who notices a broken merge tag before the campaign is sent, who double-checks list filters before enrollment, and who reports campaign results without being asked — this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
Email Campaigns
• Build, launch, and monitor outbound email campaigns in HubSpot Sales Hub — sequences, workflows, enrollment triggers, and A/B testing
• Maintain HubSpot data integrity — contact deduplication, lifecycle stage management, list hygiene, and workflow auditing
• Coordinate with the US sales team to ensure clean lead handoff and aligned follow-up sequences
Cold Outreach Execution
• Execute campaigns in Instantly.ai — domain warm-up management, multi-step sequence setup, deliverability monitoring, and reply routing
• Monitor sending health metrics — bounce rates, spam complaints, inbox placement — and escalate issues proactively
Prospect Data & List Management
• Pull and enrich prospect lists using ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, or Cognism — build targeted lists by specialty, geography, practice size, and job title
• Clean, validate, and upload lists into HubSpot and Instantly.ai with proper segmentation and tagging
LinkedIn & Content Publishing
• Manage and schedule LinkedIn content — posts, engagement, and outreach sequences per the senior marketing lead's direction
• Format and schedule emails, landing pages, and social posts as directed
• Draft and proofread copy that will be read by US healthcare buyers — tone, grammar, and clarity matter
Reporting
• Track and report campaign performance weekly — open rates, reply rates, click-through rates, meetings booked
• Surface issues and wins to leadership proactively; do not wait to be asked
What We're Looking For
Required
• HubSpot Sales Hub — hands-on experience building workflows, sequences, and email campaigns from scratch (not just viewing dashboards or making minor edits to others' work)
• Cold outreach platform — Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Lemlist, Reply.io, or comparable. Must have set up and managed multi-step sequences independently
• Data enrichment tool — ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Cognism, or Seamless.ai. List building, filtering, export, and upload
• LinkedIn — content scheduling, organic posting, and basic outreach coordination
• 1–3 years of hands-on marketing or sales operations experience
• Excellent written and spoken English — you will write copy and engage prospects in the US market. This is non-negotiable.
• Comfortable with a 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST shift, in-office in Ahmedabad, on a sustained basis
• Exceptional attention to detail — you catch errors before they go out, not after
• Ability to manage multiple active campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball
Preferred
• Experience marketing to US healthcare, medical practices, or the RCM / healthcare IT space
• HubSpot Marketing Hub experience or HubSpot certifications
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
• Basic understanding of email deliverability — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for content drafting and workflow support
• Prior experience working a US-overlap shift in a B2B environment
What Success Looks Like — First 90 Days
• Active outreach campaigns running in both HubSpot and Instantly.ai with clean sequences and validated contact data
• Weekly performance reports delivered to senior leadership unprompted
• LinkedIn posting calendar live and publishing on a consistent schedule
• HubSpot contacts properly segmented, enrolled, and lifecycle-staged
• Zero campaign launches with broken links, missing personalization tokens, or unvalidated lists
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (CTC) based on experience
• Provident Fund (PF) and Gratuity per Indian statutory norms
• Mediclaim insurance (employee + family coverage)
• Earned, Casual, and Sick leave per company policy
• Cab drop-off facility for females (since shift ends at 11 PM IST) and meal allowance during shift hours
• Performance bonuses tied to campaign outcomes
