Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role located in Panaji. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, devising and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. This position involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of marketing campaigns and meeting business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Experience in Market Research and applying insights to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in developing and executing Marketing Strategies tailored to business goals.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Sales processes and techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate or construction sectors is an added advantage.
