Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Kochi. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of Docwo’s healthcare platform. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing user behavior, coordinating with product and sales teams, and supporting campaign execution across digital and offline channels. The role involves developing marketing materials, optimizing messaging for different audiences, tracking campaign performance, and reporting on key metrics. The Marketing Specialist will also engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to clearly convey value propositions and respond to user needs.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify target segments, position products, and plan effective campaigns.
- Experience in Sales and customer engagement, including lead generation, follow-up, and collaboration with sales teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, basic analytics) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or startups is an advantage but not required.
