ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Marketing Consultant / Marketing Strategist at DH is responsible for designing, managing, and executing the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy across institutional, product, cultural, and communications dimensions. This role operates as a central axis between the brand, the products, and the people both inside and outside the organization. It connects DH’s identity as a technology and product company with its external positioning, internal culture, and the audiences it engages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Communications
- Manage and maintain DH’s institutional presence across digital channels and social media platforms.
- Define and apply the company’s tone of voice, visual identity guidelines, and messaging frameworks.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with DH’s positioning as a tech and product company.
- Plan, produce, and publish content that reflects DH’s culture, projects, and organizational identity.
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Support the positioning and communication of DH’s technological products and digital solutions.
- Translate product capabilities into value-driven narratives for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to align go-to-market messaging and activation strategies.
- Develop product-specific content: launch materials, feature communications, and adoption campaigns.
Internal Communications
- Design and manage DH’s internal communications strategy to keep teams informed and aligned.
- Produce communications that reinforce organizational values, strategic priorities, and company culture.
- Coordinate messaging across departments to ensure coherence between internal and external narratives.
Employer Branding & Organizational Culture
- Lead DH’s employer branding strategy to position the company as an attractive workplace in the tech sector.
- Develop initiatives that reflect and strengthen DH’s organizational identity and internal culture.
- Create content and experiences that showcase DH’s team, environment, and values to external audiences.
Events, Activations & Experiences
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events: corporate meetups, product launches, cultural activations, and industry participation.
- Design brand activation experiences that connect DH with its communities, clients, and talent market.
- Manage event logistics, content, and communications in coordination with relevant teams.
Analytics, Metrics & Performance
- Define and monitor KPIs for digital channels, campaigns, content, and brand initiatives.
- Produce regular performance reports and translate data into actionable strategic decisions.
- Implement continuous improvement cycles based on audience behavior and campaign results.
Creative & Cultural Campaigns
- Conceive and lead creative campaigns that combine brand, culture, and marketing objectives.
- Develop initiatives that reinforce DH’s innovation culture and position the company as a technology reference.
- Coordinate with Design, Product, and Technology teams to ensure creative alignment and quality.
GENERAL ROLE PROFILE
Professional Background
- Background in marketing, strategic communications, advertising, or related fields.
- Experience working in technology companies, SaaS environments, or product-oriented organizations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management platforms, and analytics systems.
