This role sits at the intersection of execution and insight. We’re looking for someone who understands that marketing today is not about pushing messages, but about building consistent visibility, credibility, and measurable impact.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to plan and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels. This includes owning content calendars, running performance campaigns, managing social presence, and continuously improving engagement through data-backed decisions. The role demands someone who is comfortable moving between strategy and execution without losing clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels
- Manage social media, content, and brand communication consistency
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Track performance metrics and derive actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and positioning
- Support lead generation and brand-building initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or growth roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems
- Ability to think independently and execute quickly
- Comfort with analytics, reporting, and optimization
- Clear communication and structured thinking
