Marketing Specialist responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, support business growth, and generate qualified leads. Role focuses on developing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote products and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support brand promotion through content, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and industry trends
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing metrics
- Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to develop marketing materials
- Manage social media activities and digital engagement initiatives
- Support lead generation efforts through targeted marketing strategies
- Prepare marketing reports and present insights to internal teams
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing communications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or brand management roles
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign planning
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Strong communication and content development skills
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate marketing performance
- Good organizational and project coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media marketing and campaign management
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising
- Experience working with marketing automation or CRM platforms
