Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand positioning, and driving customer engagement across online and offline channels. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, and assisting in the creation of marketing materials and promotions. The Marketing Specialist will monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to marketing strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals is a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support existing customers effectively.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and interpret data to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to plan and support campaigns that drive awareness and conversions.
