Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, create campaigns, and foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication. Responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts, customer engagement, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and maintain satisfaction
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends, target audiences, and craft effective campaigns
- Experience in Sales to support marketing efforts and drive business growth
- Collaborative mindset, ability to work in diverse teams, and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
