About SCG in India
SCG, Southeast Asia’s most established industrial conglomerate, is expanding in India with a focus on sustainable building materials, innovative construction solutions, and advanced supply-chain capabilities—building on more than a century of leadership across cement, building materials, packaging, and chemicals.
- Sustainable product leadership. SCG has pioneered India’s first AAC wall manufacturing capability, introducing lightweight, large-format wall systems designed to accelerate modern construction while reducing environmental impact.
- India as a sourcing gateway. Our India presence also serves as a specialized sourcing hub for ceramics, packaging, and industrial supplies, connecting local manufacturing strength with SCG’s global network.
- Recognized sustainability leadership. Globally, SCG consistently ranks in the top tier of ESG benchmarks (including top 1% in Construction Materials per S&P Global and strong CDP scores), underscoring the credibility of our brand promise.
For marketing professionals, this means shaping a narrative that blends innovation, sustainability, and customer value—educating the market, strengthening brand presence, and driving customer engagement across India’s fast-growing infrastructure ecosystem.
