About the Role
At TA Dialogues, we’re not looking for someone who just “does marketing”, we’re looking for someone who understands people.

This role is for a new-age marketer who seamlessly blends strategy, storytelling, design, and execution into one.

What You’ll Do
Understand the Audience Deeply
Go beyond demographics, uncover motivations, behaviors, and unmet needs
👉 Apply consumer psychology, audience research, and segmentation thinking
Think & Build Strategy
Plan campaigns, positioning, and growth initiatives with clear logic and intent
👉 Leverage content strategy, brand positioning, and structured thinking
Create with High Creativity
Design and craft modern, scroll-stopping content (reels, visuals, storytelling formats)
👉 Strong working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
👉 Deep understanding of visual storytelling, hooks, retention, and new-age content trends
Execute End-to-End
From idea → planning → creation → publishing → iteration — own the entire cycle
👉 Demonstrate high ownership, speed of execution, and independent problem-solving
👉 Familiarity with content planning and workflow tools (Notion, Trello, or similar)
Communicate Clearly
Translate complex thoughts into simple, structured, and impactful ideas
👉 Strong written communication, copywriting, and clarity of thought
Who You Are
- You think a lot, but more importantly, you can structure your thinking clearly
- You are both creative and analytical in your approach
- You understand what works for the new generation (content, trends, attention)
- You don’t wait for instructions, you figure things out and execute
- You’re comfortable being a one-person marketing engine
Mandatory Requirement
- You must have built, created, or grown something from scratch, a page, brand, content channel, community, or any independent project
- You should be able to clearly demonstrate your thinking, execution, and outcomes
- Applications without proof of work / portfolio will not be considered
Bonus Points If You
- Have strong video editing and visual design skills (Reels, Shorts, motion content)
- Can interpret content performance insights (engagement, retention, audience behavior)
- Have working knowledge of SEO and content optimization
