Key Responsibilities
- Shadow Leadership: observe strategic decisions in board-level discussions; convert implications into actionable tasks.
- Schedule Orchestration: own cross-company calendars, milestones, and timely coordination.
- Marketing Operations: assist planning, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking.
- Campaign Execution: design, deploy, and optimize multi-channel campaigns; monitor and iterate.
- Intelligence & Synthesis: deliver concise market intel, competitive readouts, and trend briefs.
- Documentation & Communication: capture notes, craft briefs, and produce crisp slides.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with product, sales, partnerships, and research.
- Learning & Growth: participate in leadership development sessions and apply feedback daily.
What Success Looks Like
- Flawless calendar management and cross-company task delivery.
- Clear, actionable meeting notes and post-meeting plans within 24 hours.
- Practical contributions to marketing ops and strategy; demonstrated ownership.
- Measurable improvements in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Rapid mastery of Edutech and AI marketing dynamics.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates welcome; no prior work experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field (or near-graduates).
- Stellar written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
- High ownership: proactive, disciplined, and capable of independent work.
- Tech-savvy with aptitude for new tools and platforms.
- Comfortable with fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
- NDA compliance: ability and willingness to sign a comprehensive NDA.
- Local candidate preferred (ease of commuting to Peelamedu).

- Projects or coursework in marketing, operations, or startups.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and analytics basics.
- Proficiency with collaboration and analytics tools (Asana/Trello, Google Workspace, basic dashboards).
Compensation and Engagement
- Compensation: competitive fixed stipend/salary aligned with market standards for an on-site, non-internship role.
- Engagement: minimum 6 months with a clear path to expanded responsibility based on performance.
