About Suspire
Suspire makes better living easier, through wellness-first, thoughtfully curated choices you can
trust. We are a 4-year-old startup building an ecosystem of 400+ sustainable brands, 500,000+
conscious community members, and 100,000+ delivered eco-friendly gifts. Our mission: help
people live healthier, stronger and calmer lives by building a high-trust wellness ecosystem.
We are a tight, high-ownership team at a critical growth stage. Every hire shapes our future.
The Team You'll Lead: Marketing
Suspire's full-stack marketing team isn't just about promotions; it owns our end-to-end digital
presence, brand voice, customer journeys, content, data analysis and revenue-generating
initiatives. We also build products and in-house technology. Suspire sits at an exciting
intersection of brand, customers and B2B clients, so marketing here touches almost every part
of the business. You'll lead a dynamic department that drives real business and proactively
accelerates Suspire’s growth journey.
The Role
Own marketing at Suspire as our Marketing Senior Executive at a pivotal moment. The role sits between a brand manager and a growth marketer, with a product mindset: you will set how the brand
shows up, own growth and the best use of budgets, and help shape the features and products
that serve our customers, our partner brands and our B2B clients. You will be a driving force behind our new branding and repositioning, and behind taking Suspire to its next level. This is not a one-dimensional role: the right person sees how every decision lands on sales, customers, finances and brand reputation, and decides accordingly.
Your core responsibilities:
● Strategy and brand: Build and own the marketing strategy and plan, and own Suspire's
positioning, brand voice and consistency across channels as the new brand rolls out.
● Growth and budgets: Own the marketing budget. Plan, allocate and optimize it across
paid, organic and retention, track returns, costs and contribution, and make fast
scale-or-stop calls.
● Channels and campaigns: Direct end-to-end digital marketing funnels and customer
lifecycle management across Meta, Google, Instagram and social, website, SEO, PR,
email and WhatsApp, with content that can double as performance creative.
● Product thinking: Partner with tech and product teams to shape customer experience
and features, and to package offerings that can be sold to our partner brands and B2B
clients.
● Launches: Plan and run launches from narrative and assets through rollout sequencing
based on audience and objective, followed by post-launch review.
● Agencies and cross-functional work: Brief, manage and review external agencies,
and coordinate across ops, sales, design and tech so teams move in the same direction.
● Reporting and leadership communication: Track and analyse performance, and
translate it into clear updates, trade-offs and recommendations for the founder and the
CMO.
● AI-led ways of working: Use AI to sharpen strategy, speed up execution, stress-test
ideas and improve creative work, and turn what works into repeatable processes.
● People and systems: Lead, coach and set priorities for the in-house team, raise the
quality bar, and build simple systems and SOPs so the team runs well without you in
every decision.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You won't just hand work to agencies, and you won't just
execute tasks yourself. You set the direction, hold the quality bar, make the call and keep things
moving.
Primary KPIs
Marketing-driven Revenue and Contribution | Channel-wise Performance | Budget Efficiency |

Who You Are
Must-haves:
● 2-3 years of marketing experience with a strong grasp of marketing, brand and customer
behaviour fundamentals.
● Ownership at manager level: you take responsibility for outcomes, make decisions even
with incomplete information, and own the results.
● Big-picture judgement: you can see the impact of decisions on sales, customers,
finances and brand reputation, and balance them.
● Taste and judgement: you can review creative, content and campaigns, give sharp,
constructive feedback and decide what ships.
●nSpeed: you enjoy building, measuring and fixing quickly, you keep what works, and you
kill ideas fast when they don't.
● A real pulse on teams: you understand what ops, sales, design and tech need and plan
your work so it lands well across functions and with leadership.
● Team leadership: you have led, mentored or coordinated people, interns or agencies,
and you enable others instead of doing everything yourself.
● Working familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM
platforms and Excel or Sheets. You don't need to be a hands-on technical expert, but
you should know enough to brief, audit and challenge.
● Fluent English and Hindi (spoken) with strong written English.
AI is part of how we work:
● You use AI regularly (ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, etc.) for strategy, execution,
stress-testing ideas and creative work, and you know how to prompt clearly and iterate.
● You have the taste to judge AI-generated output and decide what is good enough to
ship.
● You are curious about building agentic and AI-assisted workflows that cut manual effort.
Good-to-haves:
● Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands (a big plus), including familiarity with Shopify.
● Exposure to a range of digital marketing formats, from paid and social to SEO, email,
WhatsApp and content.
● Digital marketing certifications, for example in Google Ads, Google Analytics or Meta
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business or a related field is strongly
preferred.
