Role Description
To support business growth by managing daily performance tracking, improving lead quality, and assisting
in sales strategy execution across projects like Godrej Bannerghatta. This is a hands-on execution role, not
a pure planning role.
Role Responsibilities:
• Daily tracking and reporting of leads, site visits, and closures
• Monitor complete sales funnel performance
• Coordinate with the marketing team to track lead quality and campaign performance
• Track team performance, incentives, and conversion metrics
• Provide project-wise insights and performance analysis
• Build and maintain CRM discipline, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Identify drop-offs, improve lead quality, and support data-driven decision-making
Preferred Candidate:
• Experience in Real Estate Sales Operations / Strategy / CRM
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good understanding of sales funnels and lead management
• Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams
