About the Role: Integrated Fire Protection is seeking a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to lead business development, client acquisition, marketing initiatives, and brand representation for the company. This role combines sales, lead generation, client relationship management, branding, exhibitions, and marketing coordination. The ideal candidate should be highly presentable, communication-focused, sales-driven, and capable of representing the company across corporate meetings, industrial projects, exhibitions, and networking events both domestically and internationally.
Sales & Business Development:
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into clients. • Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, corporate and industrial clients. • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up documentation. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Identify market opportunities and potential partnerships. • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and client database. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial discussions with clients. • Coordinate with technical and operations teams regarding project requirements and execution. • Attend site visits and client meetings when required. • Generate repeat business and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Marketing & Brand Representation:
• Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, networking events, and industry meetings. • Travel for domestic and international exhibitions, conferences, and client engagement activities. • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns. • Increase brand visibility through offline and digital marketing initiatives. • Develop and maintain strong market presence within the fire safety industry. • Coordinate exhibition setup, branding materials, and promotional activities. • Support social media and digital marketing efforts.
Creative & Design Responsibilities:
• Design and coordinate marketing materials including flyers, brochures, posters, exhibition creatives, social media content, company presentations, and product catalogues. • Assist with visual branding and promotional communication. • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and event organizers. Administrative & Technical Responsibilities • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation. • Maintain CRM records and client communication history. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. • Support management with business growth strategies and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. • 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred. • Strong sales and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Professional and confident personality. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator preferred. • Ability to create marketing creatives and presentations. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. • Flexible and mobile for frequent travel and exhibition participation. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
