PositionMarketing & Sales Manager
Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced marketing and sales professional who can generate business opportunities, identify customers, build relationships, and support the company’s growth in industrial, scientific, infrastructure, environmental, defence, healthcare, and technology markets.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Approach potential customers, industries, institutions, government departments, and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute marketing and sales plans.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, offers, and commercial documents.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, and progress reports.
- Support participation in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and business development events.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants, partners, and decision-makers.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.
Qualification & Experience- Graduate or postgraduate in Marketing, Business Development, Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a science or technical background.
- Several years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Experience in selling technology products, industrial solutions, scientific instruments, sensors, automation, monitoring systems, or engineering products will be preferred.
Desired Skills- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate business independently.
- Good understanding of technical products and customer applications.
